  • OS Patch Management with critical security patches applied immediately, and other patches applied based on the schedule requested. Patching services include assessing, testing, scheduling, and deployment for:

    •  Amazon Linux: 2015.03+, RedHat Enterprise, Linux: 6 & 7, CentOS: 6 &7, Ubuntu LTS Versions: 14.04 & 16.04

    • Windows: 2008, 2012R2, 2016, 2019, Windows: 7, 8, 9, and 10.

  • Security Hardening and Online Threat Protection:  We apply security hardening settings to your Scope of Work in accordance with best practices, including antivirus and malware management and monitoring to maintain optimal health.

  • Change Management and Maintenance:  Change Management is carried out in line with your change management processes including remote attendance at Change Approval Board (CAB) meetings as required.

  • Service Availability Reporting and Reviews:  Monthly reports will summarize incidents and service requests logged for the month and proactive tasks undertaken, as well as performance data.

  • Backups:  Ensures your applications are protected through automated scheduling of backups. Schedule retention periods and backup schedules that best suit your data recovery needs.
